Regeneration and Care: A Paradigm Shift
At a time when we see old systems coming unraveled, but our future ways of living and working are not yet clear, it’s helpful to reflect on paradigms that focus on creating the systemic health and wellbeing we know is needed for humans and the planet we live on to thrive. Very happy to have had the opportunity to co-author this article for the Environmental Peacebuilding Association’s Gender Interest Group, together with Emilia Stark. In it, we explore the relevance of regenerative approaches and the ethics of care for those working at the intersection of the environment, gender and conflict, as well as those thinking more broadly about what our future systems of governance might look like.
